Why we label content this way
Advertising must be recognisable as such. That is why paid posts on Aktienatlas carry a visible sponsored-content label (Anzeige), appear under their own URL, and include full disclosure of the conflict of interest. No post — paid or editorial — constitutes investment advice, an investment recommendation, or a financial analysis within the meaning of §85 WpHG or Art. 20 MAR.
