2. Hosting and Server Log Files

When this website is accessed, server log files are processed automatically (including truncated IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The website is hosted by:
Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO is in place with the provider.

The provider is based in Germany; the servers used for this website are, however, currently located in the provider's data centre in Hillsboro, Oregon (USA). A transfer to a third country therefore takes place. The basis for this is the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO. A level of data protection equivalent to European standards cannot, however, be guaranteed in every case — in particular, access by US authorities cannot be ruled out.

3. Domain, DNS and E-Mail

Domain management, DNS and e-mail forwarding for info@aktienatlas.com are handled by Namecheap, Inc., Phoenix (Arizona), USA.

When the website is accessed, DNS queries are resolved via this provider as a technical necessity. If you write to us at the address given, your message will be routed through their servers; in doing so, the sender, recipient, subject line and content are processed.

As the provider is based in the USA, a transfer to a third country takes place. The basis for this is the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO. A level of data protection equivalent to European standards cannot, however, be guaranteed in every case — in particular, access by US authorities cannot be ruled out. 4. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts); no data is transmitted to third parties in this process.

5. Newsletter (rapidmail)

We use the service rapidmail provided by rapidmail GmbH, Freiburg im Breisgau, Deutschland, to send our newsletter. Processing takes place on servers in Germany; no transfer to a third country occurs. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO is in place with the provider.

For the newsletter we use the double opt-in procedure: after registering, you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. We will only add you to the mailing list once you have confirmed. We process your e-mail address as well as the time and IP address of both registration and confirmation — the latter as proof of consent. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time; an unsubscribe link is included in every e-mail. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out up to that point.

rapidmail analyses whether and when a message has been opened and whether links have been clicked. This analysis is used solely to improve our content. You may object to this at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

6. Price Charts from TradingView (Two-Click Solution)

On the company profiles we offer a price chart provided by TradingView, Inc. (USA). This chart is not loaded automatically.

As long as you do not request it, not a single connection is established to TradingView and no data is transmitted to them. Instead, you will see a placeholder containing this notice. Only when you click "Load chart" will the chart be loaded; at that point your IP address is transmitted to TradingView, and the provider may process further traffic data and browser information.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, which you grant by clicking. As TradingView is based in the USA, a transfer to a third country takes place (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO); a level of protection equivalent to European standards cannot be guaranteed.

Your decision is stored exclusively in your browser's sessionStorage under the key aa:tv-ok, so that you do not have to consent again on every profile. This is not a cookie; the entry is deleted automatically when the browser is closed. You may withdraw your consent by closing the browser or clearing the website data.

7. Reach Measurement

There is currently no reach measurement active. Should a privacy-friendly, cookie-free solution be introduced in future, this will be done exclusively with your consent; only aggregated, anonymous usage data would then be collected. 8. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. The only data stored is your decision regarding the price chart (see section 6) — and this is stored in sessionStorage, which your browser clears automatically upon closing. Analysis takes place only with your express consent.

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract-related enquiries, and otherwise our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The data will be deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
