With its low altitude, water access, and mining friendly jurisdiction, Costa Fuego is positioned to be a key benefactor from the energy transition as new copper projects with scale are needed to meet this expected wave of demand.Over the past 12 years, Hot Chili has acquired, developed, and expanded the resource base of Costa Fuego. The Company's recent preliminary economic assessment demonstrated a post-tax net present value of $US1.1B using a copper price of $US3.85/lb and a gold price of $US1,750/oz with a 16-year mine life.
